1999 – A Flintoff
Andy Flintoff scored his century in 61 balls before lunch playing for Lancashire against Gloucestershire at Bristol. Flintoff, who borrowed Alec Stewarts bat (his own had been stolen) hit 5 sixes and 15 fours in reaching his century. Flintoff equalled the mark set for the quickest century scored in England since Viv Richards scored a 48 ball century against Glamorgan in 1986.
